The research and development department traditionally plays an important role within our company.

All essential parameters regarding function, customer value and reliability of a product are defined in the conception stage, whereby all product life cycle costs are determined.

Through intensive communication with our customer we assure that product requirements and objectives are correctly described and known. Our highly qualified development engineers and technical staff analyze all relevant product requirements.

Most suitable concepts are chosen based on a maximum customer benefit regarding product specifications and cost-effectiveness.

The elaboration of the draft and the construction is done by experienced personnel with 3D software tools.

The development output is verified by methods of finite element and multi-body simulation as well as analytical calculation techniques. Their validation is done by tests of prototypes and sample parts.

All change requests during the product development process can be tracked in a Product Data Management System at anytime.

In order to reach and maintain the highest level of quality and flexibility along with economically efficient price, the critical and fundamental work is done in-house using modern state of the art production machinery.
